SubWavvy Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SubWavvy! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By using SubWavvy, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

SubWavvy is a VTU (Virtual Top-Up) platform that allows users in Nigeria to purchase airtime, data, and other digital services using a virtual wallet. Our services are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate details when signing up.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

SubWavvy is not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.

3. Wallet & Payments

Your SubWavvy wallet is funded through a virtual bank account powered by Moniepoint API.

Deposits may be subject to transaction fees by financial service providers.

SubWavvy is not a bank and does not provide interest on wallet balances.

You must ensure that you input correct transaction details, as payments are final once processed.

4. Airtime & Data Purchases

Prices for airtime and data are updated regularly but may change due to network provider adjustments.

SubWavvy strives to provide accurate pricing, but we are not responsible for losses due to outdated pricing.

Purchases are typically processed instantly; however, delays may occur due to network issues.

5. Refund & Dispute Resolution

Transactions are generally non-refundable, except in cases of failed transactions where funds were deducted but the service was not delivered.

If a transaction fails and funds are not credited back automatically, contact our support team within 48 hours for resolution.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

6. User Conduct & Restrictions

By using SubWavvy, you agree NOT to:

Engage in fraudulent activities, including using stolen payment methods.

Misuse the platform for unauthorized purposes.

Interfere with the security or functionality of the app.

Share misleading information about SubWavvy.

7. Referral System & Rewards

Referral rewards (if applicable) are subject to SubWavvy’s discretion.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue referral programs without prior notice.

8. Service Availability & Liability

SubWavvy operates based on third-party APIs (Moniepoint, network providers, etc.), and service availability may depend on these partners.

We strive for 99% uptime but are not liable for downtimes caused by third-party services.

We are not responsible for any indirect losses resulting from the use of our platform.

9. Data Privacy & Security

SubWavvy collects and stores user data for service functionality.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.

Users should ensure they log out of public/shared devices to prevent unauthorized access.

10. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or suspicious activities.

Users who violate our terms may lose access to SubWavvy services without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

SubWavvy may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Users will be notified of significant changes through the app or email.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
